HOW DOES THIS WORK?
When you perform your own home search and locate the home you want to buy, We will give you up to 2/3 of our Buyer's Agent commission. We think this is only fair since you perform a big part of the work (identifying the home you want to purchase).
For example, if the selling price is $800,000 with a 3 percent commission, then you will get a $16,000 refund at the Close of Escrow ($800,000 x 2% = $16,000 refund). You may use this refund to pay your closing costs, reduce the home purchase price, buy down your loan rate or get cash at close of escrow. It's your choice - You can either put this extra profit into your pocket, or you can give it away to a regular Buyer's Agent.
We will provide End-to-End Full-Service Agency from the Preliminary Negotiations, drafting the real estate purchase agreement, any addenda and Counter Offers, and perform all normal closing activities all the way through close of Escrow, plus post-sale support. This Service includes, but is not limited to, our performance of all Inspections, Due Diligence, Walk-through inspections, Drafting Addendums, and all other aspects of Buyer's Agency. Again, this is End-to-End Full-Service Real Estate Agency beginning when we write the Offer through Close of Escrow.
At close of escrow, Asante will refund to you up to 2/3 of our Buyer's Agent Commission, in the manner that you choose.
