Asante is a full service brokerage at a fair price. As your Agents, we are dedicated to helping you Sell or Buy your home for the best market value. Our goal is to guide you through the real estate process with as little disruption to your life as possible. We provide services that exceed your expectations. We demand the highest professional standards from ourselves and so should you. We have refunded or saved our clients Thousands of dollars, which they used to pay closing costs, buy down their loan, lower the purchase price, use it to their advantage in a competitive bid situation or receive cash back at closing.
Asante will Sell Your Home for a Flat Rate of just 1% Listing Commission, plus up to a 3% percent commission paid to the cooperating buyer's broker. This means that your maximum commission is 4%, instead of the customary 6% commission. And if Bittner-Bornstein also representsthe Buyer in your transaction, then your total commission will be just 2%!
To give you an example on the money you can save:
A $500,000.00 home, we can save you up to $10,000.00
A $1,000,000.00 home, we can save you up to $40,000.00
A $2,000,000.00 home, we can save you up to $80,000.00
This extra money can be your additional profit on your real estate transaction. You can either keep this extra profit, or you can give it away to a Full-Price Real Estate Broker for performing exactly the same work and the getting the same result - it's your choice, but it's easy to Choose Full-Service at a Fair Price.
FULL SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT!
There are many discount price brokers out there in the world. The problem is that the typical discount price real estate broker provides proportionately less service in exchange for a relatively lower commission. Usually, this means that the Seller (yes, this means You!) ends up doing some of the work, a lot of the work, or nearly all of the work needed to sell your home. More importantly, these discount price brokers may not sell your home at all, or they may sell your home for less than full market value. This is not a bargain! It is penny wise and pound foolish!
Asante Real Estate does not help you sell your home - Asante Sells Your Home with Full-Service... Just like every other Full Service Real Estate Broker.
We believe that any important activity, whether it is a real estate transaction, a significant legal action, or a serious accounting issue, requires the attention of a highly competent professional who delivers a full range of professional service and care. One would be foolish to select a surgeon to perform an open-heart surgery based on a cheaper price.
While many people feel comfortable dealing with their real estate transactions, any potential saving that results from using a discount service realtor can be more than offset by a serious error or the agent's inability to obtain the full fair market value for a property.
Asante Real Estate never reduces our service level, because there is no substitute for Full-Service Real Estate Agency.
